The Vallejo Premium Colour Metallic Violet Acrylic Airbrush Paint is a high-quality range of acrylic colors specifically designed for airbrushing. With its exceptional adherence on various surfaces such as fiberglass, polyethylene, polycarbonate, metal, and Lexan, this paint is perfect for a wide range of projects.
Formulated with permanent pigments and a new, extremely resistant hybrid resin of acrylic-polyurethane, the Premium range offers superior durability and long-lasting color. Whether you're painting motorcycle helmets, fuel tanks, or surfboards, this paint is specially recommended for surfaces exposed to hard wear.
One of the standout features of the Vallejo Premium Colour Metallic Violet is its resistance to impacts, cracking, and direct exposure to heat. This makes it an ideal choice for projects that require extra strength and durability.
For best results, it is recommended to apply the Premium paint in successive layers on previously primed surfaces. After just a few hours of application, the Premium colors will form a homogenous film of extraordinary strength and resistance.
The recommended compressor settings for airbrushing with this paint range are around 15-20 PSI or 0.5 to 1 kg. To achieve an even more resilient protection, a final (2K) urethane varnish is recommended. This can be applied using an aerosol or airbrush.
